Anonymous feedback platform
The feedback people only give when nothing points back to them.
Pulse Meter collects candid feedback at events, offices and institutions. Respondents scan a code and answer a short form. There is no account to create and no sign-in, and the response that reaches you carries nothing that could identify who wrote it.
How it works
Create an event
Each event gets a short link and a QR code, its own question set, and its own banner and colours. The form template never changes, so every event feels the same to answer.
Collect responses
People answer on their phone in about a minute. No app to install, no account to make, no personal details asked for at any point.
Read the analysis
Sentiment split, daily trend, per-question breakdowns and recurring issues ranked by how often they come up. Download it as a branded PDF or a multi-sheet Excel file.
Anonymity
A response holds four things, and none of them is a person.
Every stored response records which event it belongs to, which version of the questions it answered, the answers themselves, and when it arrived. That is the entire record. There is no field for an identity, so there is nothing to leak, subpoena or accidentally expose in an export.
Rate limiting reads a request’s address to stop flooding, then discards it. It is never written next to a response.
What is never collected
- No name, phone number or email address
- No sign-in, no account, no profile
- No IP address kept with the response
- No user agent or device fingerprint
- No cookie that follows a respondent
What it does
Anonymous by construction
Anonymity is enforced by the data model, not by a policy page. There is no column to put an identity in.
Bilingual forms
Every question carries both English and Hindi. Respondents switch between them with a single tap, mid-form.
Branded per event
Banner, logo and a five-colour palette for each event, so the form looks like it belongs to the organiser running it.
Five question types
Dropdowns, rating scales, star ratings, multi-select chips and free text. Enough to ask properly, few enough to answer fast.
Analysis, not just counts
Responses are classified by sentiment and grouped, so forty people describing the same problem surface as one ranked issue.
Reports that circulate
An executive summary, recurring issues with severity, recommended actions and the numbers behind them, ready to send.

The company
A product of Sopra Technologies
Pulse Meter is built by Sopra Technologies, founded by Sourav Suman. It exists because the organisations that most need candid feedback are usually the ones people are least willing to sign their name to.
Remove the identity and the feedback changes. That is the whole idea, and every decision in the product follows from it.
